In Progress...

wow... i really, really like that last one. i haven't heard it before but wow... that pretty much describes my life anymore.... the only reason for living through darkness, pain, confusion, and being lost is to praise Him. i've only been finding that out recently but it's so true. no matter how lost, afraid, and hurting we are, Jesus is always there. and I praise him for that! thanks for posting that Josh!
 

Tim Hughes has some beautiful songs. “Oh Happy Day” talks about when Christ died he didn’t stay dead. He came back to life and we should worship him with all we have to give. Then in his song “Everything” he talks about how we should place God in every part of our everyday. Since he died for us and came back to finish God’s will we should take the advice Hughes is reminding us of in “Everything.” We should worship him every second of every day.

I personally struggle with the “everything” part. I know he should be there when I wake up and when I lay down but too many times I let the business of the day get in the way.

Thanks Josh for the reminder because I am thick-headed and it takes a while to get to my brain. Tim Hughes is awesome!!! He def knows how to write insightful lyrics.
